Judging Criteria: This is a game of skill, so each entry will be judged on its accuracy, creativity and ingenuity. Based on these criteria the Promoter, in consultation with the author Robin Esrock of aussiebucketlist.com, will determine the most inspiring and interesting entry as the winner.
Prizes Details 1 x Tandem Skydive Package at any Skydive Australia location.  Package includes a 3 month membership of the Australian Parachute Federation and a personalised certificate of achievement.
Total Prize Pool Up to $369 including GST
Prize Restrictions/
Exclusions		 Prize can be redeemed between June 1 2019 and December 31 2019.  Transportation costs are the responsibility of the winner. The Prize does not include insurance (if required), media packages, weight surcharges, merchandise or any and all ancillary costs.   The Prize is subject to Skydive Australia’s Terms and Conditions.
Notification and Publication of Winners Winners will be notified by phone/email within 2 business days of being selected. Prize winners’ names will be published at aussiebucketlist.com by Sunday May 19, 2019.  If  the initial winner declines the prize, a second winner will be announced.
Prize Claim Date Advance notice of redeeming your prize is 14 days.
Additional Terms

Prizes are not transferable, not refundable, and not good for resale or cash redemption.

Any violation of these conditions may result in cancellation of the Prize and / or to any legal recourse available for the recovery of damages suffered or costs, expenses or loss incurred as a result of such prohibited use.

How to win

The entrant must fill the registration form and must check the box to agree to the terms and conditions. The Promoter in consultation with the author Robin Esrock of aussiebucketlist.com will judge the winning entry on 15 May 2019. In order to be declared a winner, the selected entrant must first sign a Winner’s Agreement (including a Release), agreeing, among other things, to the use of their name, photo, voice and/or statements without compensation other than the prize offered. By entering the Promotion, all entrants agree to be bound by the Promotion rules and agree to the decisions of the Promoter with respect to all aspects of the Promotion.

In the event that the chosen winner does not qualify as the winner for any reason, the Promoter reserves the judge another entrant the winner until a person is declared the winner under the rules of the Promotion.

Other conditions

By entering the Promotion, all entrants agree that the Promoter reserves the right to substitute other prizes of equal or greater value should any portion(s) of the Prize become unavailable for any reason, and to cancel the Promotion at any time for any reason whatsoever including, but not limited to, printing or production errors pertaining to the Promotion promotional materials, unavailability of the prize due to situations with prize suppliers which are beyond the reasonable control of  the Promoter or if any virus, bug or other cause beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter or its participating agencies corrupt the security or proper administration of the Promotion.

Any attempt to deliberately damage any website or to undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion is a violation of criminal and civil laws, and, should such an attempt be made, the Promoter reserves the right to seek remedies and damages to the fullest extent permitted by law, including criminal prosecution.

The Promoter, Experience Co, Skydive Australia, Esrocking the World Media Inc and their participating agencies are not responsible for any costs related to cancellations or personal accident or injury that occur during the Prize claim period (that is, the date from which the winner claims the Prize and sets their participation dates for the Prize, until the date when the Prize is completed). Winners are encouraged to procure suitable and applicable insurance for the Prize.

The Promoter, Experience Co, Skydive Australia, Esrocking the World Media Inc and their participating agencies are not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers, access providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any entry to be received by the Promoter or its participating agencies on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website, or any combination thereof, including any damage to the entrant’s or any other person’s computer, related to or resulting from downloading any materials relating to the Promotion. Entrants release the Promoter, Experience Co, Skydive Australia and their respective employees, agents and representatives from any damages that could arise as a result of entering or attempting to enter the Promotion, or accepting and using the Prize.

The Promoter and its participating agencies reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to modify the Promotion rules without materially affecting the terms and conditions of the Promotion.  The Promotion is subject to Gambling Regulation Act 2003 (VIC) and Gambling Regulations 2015(VIC).
